Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 working days, while international orders usually take 7–14 working days depending on destination and customs.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. At checkout you can choose an express option for UK orders, which delivers within 1–2 working days. Express is not yet available for all international destinations.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK shipping is complimentary on all orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn pieces with their tags still attached. Simply contact us to arrange a return and we will guide you through the process.
How do I start a return?
Email our team with your order number and the pieces you would like to return. We will send you a prepaid return label and confirm the next steps within one working day.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and passes our quality check, we process refunds within 5–7 working days. The funds will appear in your account shortly after, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. If a piece is not quite right, we are happy to exchange it for another size subject to availability. Contact us before returning so we can reserve your new size.
Sizing & Care
How do I find my size?
Each product page lists available sizes from XS to XL along with a size guide. Our pieces are cut with a relaxed, flattering fit — if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
What fabrics do you use?
We work with natural, breathable fabrics — linen, silk, cotton and soft knits — chosen for their comfort, drape and longevity.
How should I care for my pieces?
Most of our natural-fabric pieces are best washed on a gentle cycle in cold water and laid flat to dry. Full care instructions are included with every order.
Do your garments run true to size?
Our sizing is consistent across the collection, but each silhouette fits differently. The size guide on every product page gives exact measurements so you can choose with confidence.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually amend or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and any applicable duties vary by destination and are confirmed at checkout.
