Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund or exchange.

This right to return is in line with the UK and EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include the original packaging where possible.

Items returned in a used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

To start a return, contact us at hello@amorabrazil.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm the next steps and provide the return address.

Please return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Refunds may take a few additional days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
